Pressure Washing

Pressure washing or power washing, as it is sometimes referred to, is a great way to clean the exterior of your home. You might think that it is just as easy to go to your local hardware store and rent the equipment needed to pressure wash your home yourself. Pressure washing can be dangerous if not handled properly. You can get hurt, as well as do irreversible damage to you home if its not done properly.

Rather than putting yourself in harm’s way, why not simply give us a call and let us take care of the work for you. It will serve you best to allow someone with the strength needed and the know-how to effectively pressure wash your home.

Pressure Washing Your Home

When we come out to pressure wash your home, we ask that you not run the dishwasher/washer machine while we are there. The reason for this, is our machine uses more water, than most, at extremely high pressure, and can literally starve your washer of water.

Professional Power Washing Services

We can wash many areas around your home, not just your house. We can make walkways and driveways look new again. We also wash decks, and patios. When you have us come in to paint the exterior of you home, stain your fence or your deck, we always pressure wash it first to remove the dirt and mildew.

Some companies use cleaning solutions on siding, and while we do offer a hands on house wash, we prefer to stay away from cleaning solutions. We have found that even the most ‘green’ friendly solutions can sometimes have a negative effect on certain plants.

Note: Carrigan Painting will not pressure wash roofs, nor do we remove moss from roofs.
