This is a genuine plaster patch in a mansion in Lakeshore, NY
A set of Bilco doors that were refinished in Clarence NY. Doors were stripped to bare metal, primed with rusty metal primer, then painted 2 coats with oil based metal enamel. You can not use latex house paint on these doors! The latex will peal off the doors. An oil based paint is required.
Another painting contractor repaired the hole in this drywall ceiling in Clarence Center, N.Y. However they were unable to match the popcorn texture. So the homeowner called us to do it correctly.
