We do one job at a time.
We begin by covering your property with new plastic. Dust can and will travel.
We pole sand surfaces, hand sand trim & doors. We repair cracks and other surface imperfections. We prime all of our patchwork with dedicated primers. We then apply two full coats of high quality paints to all surfaces.
Our application method is brush and roll. Its very difficult to spray in an occupied home. While it is do-able, its often cost prohibitive in most cases. The only exception to this rule, is basement ceilings. New homes still under construction, and prior to the arrival of trim carpenters, we will spray primer on all bare dry wall and spray the ceilings and closets. After that we brush and roll the rest.

Like every other painting company, we only use the best product lines out there (With in reason). For us painters, its the Ford vs Chevy argument. Point is, all the paint manufactuers have different products that are better suited for different applications and are readily available. For instance we still use oil based primer because its gaurenteed to work. This is especially true when it comes to water stains on ceilings, smoke damage, nicotine stains and new plaster patches.

It is shocking at how dusty and dirty our ceilings can become, especially in the kitchen. Cooking stains are almost unavoidable, however they are fixable. Applying eggshell instead of flat to a sand swirl ceiling, will make the texture pop.
